“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.”
– bell hooks, All About Love
You may have found your way here because you are struggling with difficult thoughts and emotions, stress at work or at home, challenging relationships, or maybe you’re not even sure what is going on with you (that’s okay too)!
Together, we will create a safe place to make sense of what is happening for you. My role is to support you as we explore your experiences, emotions, and, most importantly, relationships to increase your knowledge and awareness of yourself.

My Background and Experience
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and graduate of the Toronto Institute of Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP). I am a passionate advocate for inclusive mental health care and engage in ongoing learning regarding Anti Racism/Anti Oppression with a relational lens. I especially enjoy working with queer folks and “late”/self-identified neurodivergent adults (such as ADHD, Autistic, Gifted) on their journey of self compassion, understanding, and acceptance.
Previously, I was a professional actor for over 10 years, as well as a playwright and theatre producer. I am a graduate of the University of Toronto and Sheridan College with an Honours Bachelor of Arts. In my personal time, I hang out with my rescue dog and cat and try to figure out if I am over- or under-watering my houseplants.
